BEING-RESPONSIBILITY TO EDUCATE

Various thinkers have different perspective on the relation between men and society, by addressing the question why only men needs society but no other creature? Albeit different concepts have emerged to address the question, to me from modern perspective, we form society to precede the phrase, called “survival of the fittest.” Darwin celebrate the fame of introducing the given phrase in the realm of science, albeit he may refused to foresee that this of his biological theory likely to outstrip biological science alone and make negative impact to our social science as well. This concept of survival appears to be the slogans of many modern men, who acquired certificate and degree from High Schools, colleges and Universities, without deeper acquaintance to its value. In fact this is where the challenge lies for Christian parents, teachers, lecturers, professors and intellectual ones, to take up the responsibility to give Christian meaning in education without violating academic discipline.
We should not forget the essence of Christ teaching that we form society not to combat each other or deepen our world view into brute competition but to love and to help one another, knowing that we the human are too weak to survive alone. However, to ascend “a fittest” concept the objective of education in all possible way require a noble way to redefine and to re-inculcate.

1 Being and Responsibility

The term “being” is more relevant term than just the “men” for present context as the term “being” take ones beyond physical appearance and helping them to unveil the meaning of men mystery. While the term “men” often is identify with physical appearance alone which create tension in the mind by realizing its finitude of the very self, subsequently disrupt our hope in the face of death. The fear of death abusively kidnapped our minds and lead into a-thinking for self, security, and attainment of maximum pleasure in life time by ignoring the means. But when we refer the term “being” it takes our existence from finitude to authenticity, the authenticity to transcend self and to accept the given reality of our very existence, which helps our mind and conscience to see the needs to fulfill self-responsibility for the well-being of society that stood beyond ego.
Acceptance of authenticity does not limit ones responsibility as a being, but it horizon our concept to transcend the boundaries which is created ignorantly in the past i,e. the boundary to protect identity, the boundary to choose education of other interest rather than self-interest etc. The need to eradicate this restrictive tradition from our mind is the responsibility of Kuki current generation. If you allow your mind to travel back to our history to have a brief glance to Kuki social parlance, you will certainly realized how evil is the boundary that one creates to fulfilled individual political project and how evil the men are who impose their dreams upon others. It is evil because wisdom does not subject herself to bloom under limited space, as wisdom belong to those who has a heart of persistency in perusing her, crossing all the boundaries and obligations made by men. However, we cannot move backwards in time to correct our foolhardy and ignorance deeds toward the exploitation of social system, yet we have a present moment which is enough to correct self by prospecting the future and accept a sense of responsibility to correct one another. Teacher has the responsibility to educate students, Parents has the responsibility to co-operate and understand the potential and ability of their children’s, leaders has the responsibility to see the needs of his/her people ect. By accepting this given responsibility only we can experience the paradise of unity and the flavor of its fruit.
The current needs of our society dictate us to play our own individual responsibility loyally for our well-being, without much throwing destructive jargons to critique others work, but with much appreciative and constructive critique to elevate ones inventive and noble work. For we are still juvenile to accept critique from different schools of thought albeit we think we are matured and open to accept any form of critique, our history is the witness for this claimed. By enticement, appreciation and reminding a responsibility of self and others, we can only horizon our thoughts and able to march forwards.

2 Being and Education

Being is conceived and represented as an authenticity to transcend self, who can devotedly engage in taking the responsibility by limiting individual need. As individual freedom has more absorbing meaning when ones practice it to restrain self from doing what they wanted to do. Being is bequeathed with the nature of curiosity, creating wonders and questions in his/her mind unless they found the object to satisfy the queries, but at the same time being is also endow with the nature of ignorance and indolence, once it is chained by the spelt of this two redemption is afar fetch, for she have experienced the bliss to enjoy from where home coming is as hard as suicide. Therefore, to make education interesting and entertaining is the greatest responsibility of all being towards one another, especially for those who have matured experience in educational field before “being” attain the experience of ecstasy in ignorance.
However, if we allow our mind to glance the social landscape of our society, the sadistic picture one can draw from it is old, odd and even tenacious of being reliance to naive traditional philosophy about education, our mind are still governed with the ideas that science is the only qualify subject that can rescue one from the future perils. Filling this wrong ideas in mind some used coercion upon the young minds to pick science alone when they pass HSLC. Their interest lies not on what potential and interest their kids or their junior has but it works for them as long as their progenies are submissive to their commands. The worst part is even the student has thrown themselves to a confusing space as the wave is too strong to retaliate for the branded kids who just learned how to crawl. They keep battling in their mind to choose whether what their intuition tells them to do where they found themselves so qualify and excellent or whether to walk along with public opinion even if they are not too good at it. Sadly majority of the students are engulfed by the wrong choice they made. The sorry pride that one has in science betrayed them either forfeit them on the way, as their caliber have never been made for it, but made for something better than science. This of philosophical error which one impose over another must be eradicate from our psyche by spelling away the one sided vision one installed in mind, because education by nature has no boundary and no limits, it is rather simple and dynamic in its  nature, therefore it would highly depends on how one should implement this for self.
In fact life and knowledge are todays so complex that only by free discussion can we pick our way through error and prejudice to the total perspective which is truth. Let men, let even teachers, differ and debate, out of such diverse opinion will come intelligent, and relativity of belief which will not readily fly to arms; hatred and war come largely of fixed ideas or dogmatic faith. Freedom of thought and speech would go like a cleansing draught to neuroses and superstitious of contemporary Kukis mind. By practicing the habit of discussion, debate, we will realize the value of education, understanding its value is same as understanding the potential of education for ones liberty.

3 The Ethics of Conviction and A Responsibility to Educate

I borrow the phrase, “ethics of conviction and responsibility” from Max Weber; however unlike him I shall be implementing this in different sphere. Weber used the phrase more vigorously in political realm which in the end he suggested the needs to forcefully integrate deontology of Kant and the Consequentialism of Jeremy Bentham, which in his own term he described it as a “vocation for politics” from the forcefully integrated theories. This of his argument is not certainly our concern, our concern is more on the needs of self-conviction to educate and provide knowledge to those who required and to those who has a potential to educate.
However to move further the term conviction required our concern to examine, conviction is a term that able to synthesize both ethical egoism and ethical altruism. To define abruptly, “egoism” is the idea of being selfish and always putting your own needs first without regard for the needs of others. For instance Adam Smith (1720-1790) who elevate egoist theory and took the view that intentionally serving your own interests will bring benefits for all, therefore, free market and competition would ensure that businesses kept their prices at competitive rates, helping to make customers better off as well as the business owners. Through selfish action everyone is better off, therefore, capitalist selfishness is the key to universal happiness and prosperity for all. In contrary to egoism stood “altruism,” the term is derives from the French ‘autres’ which means ‘others.’ Altruistic, actions are selfless; they are done for the sake of other people and not for any personal gain, perhaps even sacrificing your own needs and desires for the sake of others. Albeit both theories has faced maximum amount of criticism, one can still came up with the concept to bridge this two different contradictory approached. Ethically, I felt a conviction to educate is the benefit of both the theories, as from the perspective of egoist you are educating other for the benefit of your head, as educating help you to improve your knowledge  and at the same time helping you to see your knowledge deficiency. From the point of altruism you are helping for helping sake even if you are not gaining anything. Albeit unending analysis and discourse can be done on this course I shall call off the argument here, as, it is beyond the scope of this topic. However what I attempt to convey is conviction is a key to educate for the well-being of the cosmos, without which people are possibly to be drifted away by ignorance.
In continuation to above discussion and examining the needs of our Kuki society, the apparent crisis is no other than a heart of conviction, a conviction to educate the people. So, the required is to establish a sphere where every being may able to access the demand knowledge, let that sphere be the classrooms where every child acquired a foundational knowledge for higher knowledge, let the sphere be Collages, where young ones acquired knowledge to critical thinking, even the Universities where learning precede the structure alone and venture to hermeneutical world to interpret things for himself or herself and added each benefit to horizon personal worldview, finally, ignoring not theological seminaries, where one is equipped to understand God’s command and revelation more rationally. Let the teachers, Professors be more ingenious in expressing value where the students may have a sense of humbleness before wisdom even when they steps out from academic circle. I deeply felt in my bond that the University student todays lack the touch of academic value which is one of the precise reason why majority of them could not implement their knowledge in a way he or she should, except using those acquired degrees for competitive exams. It may be perhaps most of the teachers inculcate the same knowledge that is agglomerated for syllabus as it is, without making a clear objectives of his/her own or not able to provide a clear and simple interpretation of the subjects for the students to understand, in other words they lack a scientific method of simplicity, factuality and experiment etc that can lingers in students mind. Let everyone of us be the master of what we learned, this will be only possible when educated being will take up the responsibility to share his/her knowledge with conviction.

Assessment

Education is the only opium to held illiteracy; poverty, social violence and class distinction, learning and sharing are the only prerequisite to have this opium. Let the people come and questions the prudence, let education be made public as much as possible, let the teachers, scholars use a method of simplicity to the extreme that even the illiterate men may found no complexity in understanding it, only than knowledge may not cease from growing in our society. By practicing the method of simplicity, knowledge will no longer be a threatening to our head nor will it fade away from our psyche, it will rather enhance its individual mind to perceive the best thing for the wellbeing, than revolution will no longer end with violence, as everyone would already have wisdom to choose the greatest good for society.
However one must first learn to voluntary himself by accepting a grater challenge which our existence provides, that is a responsibility to educate others by transcending self when necessity dictate, even in the absence of inspiration. The hope one should frame in his mind shall not be a fast positive result to his work, neither shall live with the expectation to witness the result of his Good Samaritan work during lifetime. But he/she must learn to maintain the leap of hope that someday his work will have an immense impact to our society that may unsettle irrationality from peoples mind. Accepting the responsibility to educate one another is one way of reforming our society and one way of saving peoples from superstition.

Do not wish to grow up: A letter to a Boy

Do not wish to grow up, you are happy and content in your own cocoon, you can lay flank by your mother listening to a story she narrates which in fact gives you a peaceful sleep and nourish your longing soul. But if you grow up the first dirty politics you will learn from people is, you will be asked which school you had attended rather than what knowledge you acquired from school precisely, that is from where all your words and action will be arbitrated. The world won’t matter how brilliant you are and what you can become, if you are a son of peasant you will be derided and ill-treated. The second dirty political theory you will acquire from school is your principal will show no interest in your potential but he will focus more on your parent’s income. Later you will be judged even by the church not upon your merits or intellect but by the background from where you came, from where you acquired knowledge. All this unwise questions will push you to the extreme that your brain will learn to correspond the needs and equipped you to gambol with words but if you fail to equipped yourself you will be engulfed by a credulous structure which is monotonously created by a mortal being, however in any case you will lost a sense of freedom.
Do not wish to grow up, today you have one God who is simple, loving and caring and you have one church to worship Him from where you draw an immense pleasure, you enjoy the company of your friends in Sunday schools from where you got all the answers you seek, you enjoy singing, dancing, acting and listening to stories etc. But if you grow up you will be confused by people about faiths, dogmas, doctrines etc. The God whom you think you knew will be so complexly presented that your mind will be propelled to alienate self from Him and the alienation will generate chaos in your heart and will deliberately wipe your faith, in other words you will doubt His existence, doubt His providence, doubt his omnipotence, doubt His benevolence etc. but you still have to live with a fear to expose those doubts as sharing those questions such “why and how?” may designate you with all the indignity titles such as, heresy, fool, dumb, idiots etc, no one will be there to see deep inside of you, reason with you, provide you a light to find your way back home. Each moment in secret you will be tortured by many unanswered questions, those unanswered questions will continue to raid your sleep unless you learn to experience the other side of life.
Do not wish to grow up, today your heart beats only for your parents, neighbors and friends, but if you grow old there are peoples who are already unhesitant to break your emotion. You often will be bruised and ruined in such a way that you felt no strength left in you to restore and rebuilt yourself, you will have no one to understand how you felt. However you will have an excellent people who are skillful in agglomerating destructive jargons upon your fortune, who are hypocrite by nature. They would love to see you from distance but none will step forward to share in your brokenness, in the presence of many you will find yourself alone. In frustration sometimes you will accuse yourself and sometime you will accuse the world, you will be judged and deceived in the name of love, concern, and wellbeing. However, you have to convince yourself to belief in the notion that “it is how people run the world,” you will continue to experience this turmoil unless you fall into eternal slumber.
Do not wish to grow up, now when the morning comes you can breathe in the fresh air, you can hunt the birds with your catapult, and enjoy seasonal fruits in the forest, when you are thirsty you drink untainted water from the rivers that smells quite natural and real. But if you grow up you will no longer have this privilege, all the trees will be chopped down and all the rivers will be polluted, your senses will no longer recognized the color of natural water, nor you will feel a natural scent. It will all be destroyed by selfish idiots just to support their luxurious living after which out of coercion your genes may learn to adapt new environment, adapting to adjust with polluted airs. However all the benefit will go to doctors who will make a good business of you, they will provide you opium in a way that you will always long to visit them.
Do not wish to grow up you are now living in a place where you can understand yourself and others, the others understood you too, it is because a complex and idiotic idea do not define you yet, albeit you are a boy you can understand how people live in your cocoon. But if you grow up your existence will suffer in the face of Identity, the charlatans will try to define you by relating your identity with the language you speak, with the antique you treasured, with all the practices you learned from your fore parents. Some among them will be so extreme to belief in their own invented fix and dogmatic ideas that they will show no mercy upon your inconsistency in believing their propagandas, at some point they may even take a risk to slice you. May be perhaps they failed to contemplate on the “nature of human persons,” that says humans are endowed with the nature to create and invent things by himself/herself if necessity dictates them. They will invent a language, a culture and tradition even if one took away from them. Therefore human can’t be tamed neither can be prisoned to one fix idea. The most bogus part is albeit they claimed that they know how to resolve social problems they themselves are so confused with their own idea that they confuse others too, they will confuse others to that extreme when one stood before the mirror they will have a tendency to question self, is the real me? Or am I hallucinating? However in contrary, prudence does not confuse others but illuminate the darkness that exists within oneself.
Do not wish to grow up, you are happy and content in your own cocoon.

Collected Stories for Inspiration

EGG, CARROT COFFEE

A daughter complained to her father about how hard things were for her. "As soon as I solve one problem," she said, "another one comes up. I'm tired of struggling."
Her father, a chef, took her to the kitchen where he filled three pots with water and placed each on a high fire. Soon the pots came to a boil. In one he placed carrots, in the second, eggs, and in the last, ground coffee beans. He let them sit and boil, without saying a word.
The daughter impatiently waited, wondering what he was doing. After a while, he went over and turned off the burners. He fished out the carrots and placed them in a bowl. He pulled the eggs out and placed them a bowl. He poured the coffee into a bowl. Turning to her he asked, "Darling, what do you see?"

"Carrots, eggs, and coffee," she replied.
He brought her closer and asked her to feel the carrots. She did and noted that they were soft. He then asked her to take an egg and break it. After pulling off the shell, she observed the hard-boiled egg. Finally, he asked her to sip the coffee. She smiled, as she tasted its rich flavor.
She asked, "What does it mean, Father?" He explained that each of them had faced the same adversity—boiling water—but each reacted differently. The carrot went in strong, hard, and unrelenting, but after being subjected to the boiling water, it softened and became weak.

The egg was fragile. Its thin outer shell had protected its liquid interior, but after sitting through the boiling water, its inside hardened. The ground coffee beans were unique, however. By being in the boiling water, they changed the water.

He asked his daughter, "When adversity knocks on your door, which are you?"

THE CHINESE BAMBOO

Once upon a time in the heart of the Western kingdom, lay a beautiful garden.  And thee in the cool of the day was the Master of the garden went for a walk.  Of all the denizens of the garden, the most beautiful and most beloved was a gracious and noble bamboo.  Year after year, bamboo grew yet nobler and gracious, conscious of his Master's love and watchful delight, but modest and gentle withal.  And often, when wind came to revel in the garden, bamboo would cast aside his grave stateliness to dance and play right merrily tossing and swaying and leaping and bowing in the joyous abandon, leading the Great Didance of the garden which most delighted the Master's heart.
Now upon a day, the Master himself drew near to contemplate his bamboo with eyes of curious expectancy.  And bamboo, in a passion of adoration bowed his great head to the ground in loving greeting.  The master spoke, "Bamboo, bamboo, I would use thee".  Bamboo flung his head to the sky in utter delight.  The day of the days had come, the day for which he had been made, the day to which he had been growing hour by hour, this day in which he would find his completion and his destiny.  His voice came low.
"Master, I am ready.  Use me as Thou wilt".
"Bamboo", the Master's voice was grave-, "I would take thee and cut thee down".
A trembling of great horror shook bamboo.  "Cut me down whom thou Master hast made the most beautiful in all thy garden… to cut me down…Ah, not that, Use me for thy joy O master but cut me not down'.
"Beloved bamboo", the Master's voice grew graver still-, "if I cut thee not down, I cannot use thee".  The garden grew still.  Wind held his breath.   Bamboo slowly bent his proud and glorious head.  There came a whisper.  "Master, if thou cannot use me but thou cut me down… then Do thy will and cut."
"Bamboo, bellied bamboo, I would cut thy leaves and branches from thee also."
"Master, master, spare me.  Cut me down and lay beauty in the dust, but would thou take from me my leaves and branches also?"
"Bamboo, alas, if I cut them not away, I cannot use thee."  The sun hid his face.  A listening butterfly glided fearfully away.  And the Bamboo shivered in terrible expectancy, whispering low, "Master, cut away".
"Bamboo, bamboo, I would yet… cleave thee in twain and cut out thine heart for it I cut not so, I cannot use thee."
Then the bamboo bowed to the ground.  "Master, master, then cut and cleave.'
So the Master of the garden took bamboo and cut him down and hacked off his branches and stripped off his leaves and cleaved him in twain and cut out his heart.  And lifting him gently carried him to where was a spring of fresh sparkling water in the midst of his dry fields.  Then putting one end of the broken bamboo in the spring and the other end into the water channel in his field, the master laid down gently his beloved bamboo.  And the spring sang welcome and the clear sparkling waters raced joyously down the channel of bamboo's torn body into the waiting fields.  Then the rice was planted and the days went by and the shoots grew and harvest came.
In that day was bamboo, once so glorious in his stately beauty yet more glorious in his brokenness and humility.  For in his beauty he was life abundant, but in his brokenness he became a channel of abundant life to his master's world.

Rich and Poor

One day, the father of a very wealthy family took his son on a trip to the country with the express purpose of showing him how poor people live. They spent a couple of days and nights on the farm of what would be considered a very poor family.
On their return from their trip, the father asked his son, how was the trip? It was great dad. Did you see how poor people live? The father asked. O yeah, “said the son”. So tell me what did you learn from the trip? Asked the father. The son answered: “I saw that we have one dog and they had four. We have poo; that reaches to the middle of our garden and they have a creek that has no end. We have imported lanterns in our garden and they have the stars at night our patio reaches to the front yard and they have the whole horizon. We have a small piece of land to live on and they have fields that go beyond our sight. We have servant who serves us, but they serve others. We buy food and they grow theirs. We have walls around our property to protect us; they have friends to protect them. They boy’s father was speechless. Then his son added, thanks dad for showing me how poor we are.
Isn’t perspective a wonderful thing? Makes you wonder what would happen, if we all give thanks for everything we have, instead of worrying about what we don’t have.

God Tells Where is He When You needed Him Most

We often question God in silence when we are emotionally bankrupt especially when we lost someone who are near and dear to us, yet found no one who can understand our problem fully and can fill the emptiness of our heart. We begin to feel complete lost in the crowd; in silence we impose certain questions to ourselves that take us to deeper pain and finally we try to ignore God in every possible way. Here is the story which I have recently discovered that address the value of being in God’s family. As you read on, I hope it will address the query of your emotion even perhaps fill the empty space of your life. The most interesting thing about the story is that it can be imply anywhere as far as on the subject on suffering is concern.
Mrs. Sally jumped up as soon as she saw the surgeon come out of the operating room. She said: "How is my little boy? Is he going to be all right? When can I see him? "The surgeon said, "I'm sorry. We did all we could, but your boy didn't make it. “Sally said, “Why do little children get cancer? Doesn’t God care anymore? Where were you, God, when my son needed you?”
The surgeon asked, “Would you like some time alone with your son? One of the nurses will be out in a few minutes, before he’s transported to the university.” Sally asked the nurse to stay with her while she said good-bye to son. She ran her fingers lovingly through his thick red curly hair. “Would you like a lock of his hair?” the nurse asked. Sally nodded yes. The nurse cut a lock of the boy’s hair, put it in a plastic bag and handed it to Sally. The mother said, “It was Jimmy’s idea to donate his body to the University for Study. He said it might help somebody else. “I said no at first, but Jimmy said, ‘Mom, I won’t be using it after I die. Maybe it will help some other little boy spend one more day with his Mom.’ She went on, “My Jimmy had a heart of gold. Always thinking of someone else. Always wanting to help others if he could.”
Sally walked out of Children’s mercy Hospital for the last time, after spending most of the last six months there. She put the bag with Jimmy’s belongings on the seat beside her in the car. The drive home was difficult. It was even harder to enter the empty house. She carried Jimmy’s belongings, and the plastic bag with the lock of his hair to her son’s room. She started placing the model cars and other personal things back in his room exactly where he had always kept them. She lay down across his bed and, hugging his pillow, cried herself to sleep.
It was around midnight when Sally awoke. Lying beside her on the bed was a folded letter. The letter said:
“Dear Mom, I know you’re going to miss me; but don’t think that I will ever forget you, or stop loving you, just ‘cause I’m not around to say I LOVE YOU. I will always love you, Mom, even more with each day. Someday we will see each other again. Until then, if you want to adopt a little boy so you won’t be so lonely, that’s okay with me. He can have my room and old stuff to play with. But, if you decide to get a girl instead, she probably wouldn't like the same things us boys do. You’ll have to buy her dolls and stuff girls like, you know. Don’t be sad thinking about me. This really is a neat place. Grandma and Grandpa met me as soon as I got here and showed me around some, but it will take a long time to see everything. The angels are so cool. I love to watch them fly. And, you know what? Jesus doesn't look like any of his pictures. Yet, when I saw Him, I knew it was Him. Jesus himself took me to see GOD! And guess what! , Mom? I got to sit on God's knee and talk to Him, like I was somebody important. That's when I told Him that I wanted to write you a letter, to tell you good-bye and everything. But I already knew that wasn't allowed. Well, you know what Mom? God handed me some paper and His own personal pen to write you this letter. I think Gabriel is the name of the angel who is going to drop this letter off to you. God said for me to give you the answer to one of the questions you asked Him 'Where was He when I needed him?' "God said He was in the same place with me, as when His son Jesus was on the cross. He was right there, as He always is with all His children.
Oh, by the way, Mom, no one else can see what I've written except you. To everyone else this is just a blank piece of paper. Isn't that cool? I have to give God His pen back now. He needs it to write some more names in the Book of Life. Tonight I get to sit at the table with Jesus for supper. I'm, sure the food will be great. Oh, I almost forgot to tell you. I don't hurt anymore. The cancer is all gone. I'm glad because I couldn't stand that pain anymore and God couldn't stand to see me hurt so much, either. That's when He sent The Angel of Mercy to come get me. The Angel said I was a Special Delivery! How about that?

A Lesson from Butterfly’s

One day a small opening appeared on a cocoon; a man sat and watched a butterfly for several hours as it struggle to force its body through that little hole. Then, it seems to stop making any progress. It happened as if it had gotten as far as it could and it could not go any further. So the man decided to help the butterfly; he took a pair of scissors and opened the cocoon. The butterfly then emerged easily. But it has a withered body, it was tiny and had shriveled wings. The man continued to watch because he expected that, at any moment the wing would open, enlarge and expand to be able to support the butterfly’s body, and become firm. Neither happened! In fact the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with withered body and shriveled wings. It was never able to fly. What the man, in his kindness and his goodwill did not understand was the restricting cocoon and the struggle of the butterfly to get through the tiny opening, were God’s way of forcing fluid from the body of butterfly into its wings, so that it would be ready for a flight once it achieved its freedom from cocoon.
Sometimes struggles are exactly what we need in our life. If God allow us to go through our life without any obstacles we may get cripple on the way. We would not be strong as much as we could have been, never been able to fly.
I asked for strength… God gave me difficulties to make me strong
I asked for wisdom… and God gave me a problem to solve
I asked for prosperity… and God gave me a Brain and a Brawn to work
I asked for courage… and God gave me obstacles to over come
I asked for love… and God gave me troubled people to help.
I asked for favors… and God gave me opportunities
 I received nothing I wanted… but I received everything I needed

Reaching Out to Our Teams

One day a little mouse living in a farm, spied the farmer and his wife opening a package. He was aghast to discover that he package contained not food, but a mouse trap. The mouse runs to the farmyard warning everyone. “There is a mouse trap in the house, “the Chicken raised his head and exclaimed, Mr. Mouse, I can tell you this trap in a grave concern to you, but it has no consequence to me, I cannot be bother with it. The mouse turn to the Pig, “I am so sorry Mr. Mouse the trap is no concern of mine either.” The mouse turn to the Bull, “sounds like you have a problem Mr. Mouse, but not one that concern me”.
The Mouse return to the house dejected that no one would help him or concerned about his dilemma. He knew he had to face the trap on his own. That night the sound of a trap catching its prey was heard throughout the house. The farmer rushed to see what was sought. In the darkness she could not see that it was venomous snake whose tail the trap had caught. The snake bit the farmer’s wife, the wife caught a bad fever and the farmer knew the best way to treat fever was with chicken soup; he took his hatched to the farmyard to the soup’s main ingredient. The wife got sicker, and friends visited her round the clock, the farmer had to feed them, so he butchers the pig. The farmer’s wife got worse and died. So many friends and family came to her funeral that the farmer had to slaughter the bull to feed them all.

When you think that the problem of your teammate is not affecting your life remember this, “when anyone of your teammate or neighbor is in trouble we are all at risk.”

DEVINE PROVIDENCE AND HUMAN FREE WILL

How do we understand divine providence in such a way that human freedom doesn’t become empty word? If everything that happens in a wor...
